                               RESOLUTION NO. 20535
                 
                 
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                  DISTANCE WAIVER TO BUFFER ZONE STANDARDS FROM
                  DEBBIE NEELY AND MARY KNIGHT, RELATIVE TO THE
                  SUMMIT LANDFILL, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF ONE
                  THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a distance waiver to Buffer Zone Standards from 
Debbie
       Neely and Mary Knight, relative to the Summit Landfill, for a
       consideration of $1,500.00.
